I took this video a couple of days ago using my phone. I love the circular effect, caused by the reflection of the streetlamp. I have seen the same thing during rain and snow while looking upwards trough tree branches, I’ll have to try and catch that sometime.
(the video quality is poor but I have my phone handy more often than my camera).
